Stratum Equipments leases heavy equipment and runs CICPA cleared logistics across the United Arab Emirates. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean Stratum Equipments.

Information we collect

When you submit a request for quote on this site, we collect the details you enter so we can prepare and return a price. These typically include:

• Work email address
• Phone or WhatsApp number, if you provide one
• Sector and the service or equipment you need
• Emirate, start date and hire duration
• Hire basis (dry hire, or wet hire with operator and fuel)
• Any scope, specifications or notes you add

How we use your information

We use the details from a quote request only to respond to your enquiry, prepare an indicative or firm quote, and arrange equipment or logistics if you proceed. Quote request submissions are emailed to our operations control room so a team member can reply.

If you start a WhatsApp conversation through a link on this site, your message and number move to WhatsApp and the exchange continues there, under WhatsApp's own terms.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This relies on measurement cookies and similar technologies that may record information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.

We also plan to use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the performance of our advertising. Where enabled, this uses similar measurement cookies.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to request a quote or contact us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Quote requests are kept with our operations control room. We rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf, including:

• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Google Analytics, for website measurement
• Our email provider, which delivers quote requests to the control room

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the work, then for a reasonable period afterwards. The exact retention period is being confirmed and will be stated here once finalised.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us. To make a request, email sales@stratumequipments.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
